He made them wait for two hours before coming to meet them for a few minutes. The rapper reportedly told the photographers to let him "control the narrative." After that, the press people were escorted out.   Before his hospital visit, Kanye tweeted an apology to his wife Kim Kardashian for ‘going public’ with their 'private matter.' Army lacks power to subject civilians to identification process - Court rules

Army lacks power to subject civilians to identification process - Court rules lindaikejisblogThe Nigerian Army's “Operation Positive Identification” has suffered a setback as a federal high court sitting has ruled that the Nigerian Army lacks the power to implement such programme.  Justice Rilwan Aikawa presided over the Fundamental Rights Enforcement suit lawsuit filed by Femi Falana (SAN), against the planned exercise by the Army. The human rights activist who asked the court to dismiss the idea behind the exercise, insisted that it is illegal and unconstitutional for the court to uphold an act that would require Nigerians to move around with a valid means of identification such as the National Identification Card, Voters Registration Card, Drivers’ Licence and passports or other valid official identification.  Ruling on the case, the federal high court judge affirmed that the Nigerian Army has no power under the Nigerian constitution to subject civilians to such positive identification proces. Aikawa held that the fundamental rights of the Nigerian people to liberty and freedom of movement would be breached by the planned positive identification. The post Army lacks power to subject civilians to identification process - Court rules appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.

'You can never be good enough for someone who doesn't deserve you' - South African man recounts how his wife of 2 years left him for her ex boyfriend

A South African man has taken to his Twitter handle to share the sad story of his divorce from his wife of two years. @DMlamla said he and his ex-wife dated for seven years and were married for two years. According to him, he started noticing changes in her when she got a job. He later discovered she was still seeing her former boyfriend. Efforts to win her back proved abortive as she informed him she was still in love with her ex-boyfriend and that he was her ideal man. His story reads''My story for divorcing. We were 7 years in a relationship and 2 years in marriage. She got a job then all of a sudden I started seeing a sudden change in her. Kanti that time useqomile.I caught her more than 3 times with the same guy but she kept on saying they have broke up but they were dating.I tried fixing things it with her but I failed. I sat her down and asked her to please be free to me and just speak like a friend why enza kaso. She then told me that it's hard for her to dump the guy because she loves this guy. Imagine she even went as far as that we should be in an open relationship until after we reach 30 years, her reasons was that she got married young and she can't leave the guy because they both in love with each other.I was so broken and hurt. It was the first time I cried for a woman I begged her to love me. I remember kneeling down begging her to love me. At that time we stayed together maybe about 6 months without sex We would go to church putting rings like nothing is wrong. What made me to decide to leave or she must leave was when she told me that this guy was her ideal man. That me I was just a good guy and had potential to be a good husband but yena all these years she wasn't happy.I did all I could in my power. I remember hiring a car to chase them and when I get to her work she just said "unedrama shame" But what I can is that YOU CAN NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T DESERVE YOU.'' The post 'You can never be good enough for someone who doesn't deserve you' - South African man recounts how his wife of 2 years left him for her ex boyfriend appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.

All the troubles in the world results from eating meat and fish- clergyman, David Irefin

Archbishop David Irefin of the International Missionary Crusade Fellowship, an affiliate of the Olumba Olumba Obu Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, says all the troubles the human race currently faces is as a result of eating meat and fish. Irefun said this in an interview with the Leadership newspaper. According to him, God never ordered man to kill and eat animals. He said for the world to escape God's judgement and further calamities, everyone on planet earth must embrace vegetarianism. ''Vegetarianism is a divine injunction from the Almighty God (Gen 1:29). Leader Olumba Olumba Obu says there was never a time God ordered man to kill and eat animal or fish. Accordingly, all those who abide in love cannot harm any of God’s creation. All the troubles in the world that hinder the human family from knowing God and obeying Him results from eating meat and fish. Continuous disobedience to God’s inunction will always lead to sickness, calamities, diseases and death. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu affirms that it is better to obey God and experience peace, joy, good health, eternal life and prosperity than obey angels, prophets, spirits and messengers and be condemned. Thus, to escape God’s judgement and further calamities, the earth dwellers should embrace love and vegetarianism as way of life.'' he saidThe post All the troubles in the world results from eating meat and fish- clergyman, David Irefin appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
